Why is Marine-Grade AISI 316 stainless steel essential for outdoor kitchens in Dubai?
Dubai’s coastal air and high humidity quickly corrode standard 304 stainless steel. We construct all internal frames, drawer slides, and cabinet doors from AISI 316 marine-grade stainless steel with molybdenum content that resists pitting corrosion.
What countertop materials withstand Dubai's intense outdoor summer heat?
We specify ultra-compact sintered stone (Dekton, Lapitec) and granite. Sintered stone is completely immune to UV fading, thermal shock (you can place 300°C hot pans directly on it), scratches, and grease stains.
