Casa Vogue delivered the complete interior design and turnkey fit-out for Punjab Restaurant in International City, Dubai. Blending rich Indian cultural heritage with refined contemporary luxury, this 4,800 sq.ft fine dining venue features bespoke joinery, acoustic timber ceiling architecture, integrated ambient lighting, and comprehensive Dubai Municipality food safety compliance.

Cultural Heritage Meets Modern Hospitality

The main dining hall is orchestrated to deliver both grand spatial impact and intimate guest comfort. Fluid curvilinear leather banquettes and custom walnut dining sets define the seating layout, framed by warm fluted timber wall boiserie with integrated champagne brass accents and soft concealed cove illumination.

Acoustic Ceiling Architecture & Precision MEP

To ensure optimal acoustic comfort in a high-volume dining environment, the ceiling features custom suspended timber acoustic baffles with integrated linear micro-diffusers and high-CRI dimmable downlights. Behind the architectural aesthetic, heavy-duty commercial MEP systems—including fresh air make-up, grease extraction ducting, fire fighting sprinklers, and chilled water fan coil units—were engineered to the highest Dubai Civil Defense standards.

In-House Joinery & VIP Dining Cabins

Fabricated entirely within Casa Vogue’s 25,000 sq.ft Dubai manufacturing facility, the project showcases custom-built granite-topped live buffet stations, an architectural hostess reception counter, and exclusive private dining cabins separated by laser-cut decorative metal jali screens for discrete VIP gatherings.

Fast-Track Turnkey Delivery

From initial 3D photorealistic visualization and Dubai Municipality (Food Safety Department) permitting to on-site civil execution and final authority sign-off, the project was delivered on time in 90 calendar days under a singular turnkey contract.
