How long does a complete luxury villa renovation typically take in Dubai?
Depending on the villa size (5,000 to 15,000+ sq.ft) and the extent of structural modifications, a turnkey renovation generally spans 90 to 150 business days. Our 25,000 sq.ft in-house factory pre-fabricates all joinery in parallel with on-site civil works to accelerate completion.
Do you manage master developer NOCs and Dubai Municipality approvals for villa renovations?
Yes. Casa Vogue manages 100% of statutory approvals, including Dubai Municipality structural permits, Civil Defense life-safety sign-offs, and community NOCs from Emaar, Nakheel, Dubai Hills Estate, and Jumeirah Golf Estates.
Can we carry out structural expansions and add new rooms or floor space?
Absolutely. Our civil structural engineering team performs non-destructive concrete scanning, calculates foundation capacities, and manages permit approvals for room additions, balcony enclosures, and staircase relocations.
Are the kitchen cabinets and wardrobes manufactured locally?
Yes. All bespoke show kitchens, dirty prep kitchens, walk-in closets, and architectural doors are manufactured in our 25,000 sq.ft Dubai facility under ISO 9001 quality controls.
