Which approvals are required for a corporate office fit-out in Dubai?
Every executive floor requires a master developer or free zone NOC (DMCC, DIFC, DWTC or similar), Dubai Municipality drawing approval, and Civil Defense sign-off for partitions, sprinkler relocation, and fire-rated doors. Casa Vogue manages the full submission and inspection cycle turnkey.
How do you keep boardrooms and executive cabins acoustically confidential?
We build full-height double-stud partitions with mineral wool infill and staggered plasterboard, slab-to-slab acoustic sealing, laminated acoustic glazing with de-coupled frames, and perforated timber ceiling rafts — typically targeting 45–52 dB sound reduction between an executive cabin and adjacent open plan.
Are the executive desks and wall panelling made in-house?
Yes. Boardroom tables, executive desks, credenzas, reception monoliths, and boiserie panelling are fabricated in our 25,000 sq.ft Dubai joinery factory under ISO 9001 controls, then delivered and installed by our own site teams.
Can the fit-out be carried out while the office remains occupied?
Yes. We phase the works zone by zone, run heavy demolition and core drilling during approved building night-work windows, and maintain hoarding, dust screens, and continuous IT and MEP service to the occupied areas throughout.
