Depending on gross floor area (8,000 to 25,000+ sq.ft) and basement complexity, turnkey construction typically spans 12 to 18 months from permit issuance to final Building Completion Certificate (BCC).

Yes. As a fully licensed general contractor, Casa Vogue manages soil investigation, structural calculations, Dubai Municipality building permits, DEWA power connections, and Civil Defense approvals turnkey.
What structural warranty does Casa Vogue provide on new villa builds?
In accordance with UAE Federal Civil Law and Dubai Municipality standards, we provide a mandatory 10-year decennial structural warranty on reinforced concrete and foundations, plus comprehensive 1-year MEP defects liability.
Are the architectural joinery and interior finishes subcontracted?
No. All bespoke kitchens, walk-in closets, architectural pivot doors, and acoustic wall paneling are manufactured directly in our 25,000 sq.ft Dubai factory under ISO 9001 quality controls.
