Does Casa Vogue construct Mock-Up Guestrooms (MUR) before mass production?
Yes. We build fully functional prototype mock-up rooms for operator and developer review, validating acoustics, lighting levels, ergonomic clearances, and joinery detailing before full-scale roll-out.
What approvals are required for hotel fit-outs in Dubai?
Hotel fit-outs require Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET / DTCM) classification compliance, Dubai Municipality civil and architectural permits, Civil Defense fire safety approval, and master developer NOCs.
Are hotel casegoods, doors, and furniture built in-house?
Yes, all guestroom casegoods, fire-rated acoustic doors, vanity units, and reception joinery are fabricated in our 25,000 sq.ft Dubai factory.
Can you manage phased fit-out in operational hotels?
Absolutely. We execute phased wing-by-wing or floor-by-floor renovations with acoustic barrier partitions, dust suppression, and dedicated service elevator scheduling to avoid guest disruption.
